Located in the Kapalua Resort, the Plantation House offers the perfect blend of casual elegance and Hawaiian hospitality. With breathtaking views overlooking the ocean and fairways of the famous Plantation Golf Course, this picturesque island setting is a favorite for both locals and visitors.

Enjoy a romantic sunset dinner in our open-air dining room or grab post-golf beers in our Bar Nineteen, overlooking the sweeping greens of the 18th Hole. The Plantation House is open for brunch, lunch and dinner daily.

Executive Chef, Jared Krausen

After 25 years of living on Maui, Chef Jared Krausen has mastered local, island-cuisine.

Appointed Executive Chef of The Plantation House in February 2021, Chef Jared prides himself on presenting the highest quality product, whether it be for an intimate dinner for 2 or a 300 Guest wedding. The Plantation House Culinary Team sources the freshest ingredients from local suppliers, including Chimo Maui Fish, Surfing Goat Dairy and Hua Momona Farms located just up the hill.
